Biography

Porto was born in Timbauba, Pernambuco, Brazil on 31 October 1984. She spent her childhood in Campina Grande, full of energy, and filled her days with many different activities. She played volleyball, was a ballerina, and sang in the church. She was always the main character in a Brazilian dance, the “quadrilha,” and participated every year until she was 14. Her modeling career soon after emerged and took up most of her time. At age 15 she began participating in beauty pageants and won more than one title. When she was 17 she moved to the United States and five months after she was named Miss Brazil in an American held pageant. She studied at Boston University and studied marketing. Her pageant days behind her, she concentrated on modeling after a short stay in college. Early jobs in Boston for clients like Saks Fifth Avenue convinced her that she belongs in New York City where she currently lives. Her agency is Wilhelmina Models in New York and Miami and Elite Model Management in Los Angeles. Her measurements her 34-23-34 in (86-58-86 cm) and she is 5 ft 10 in (1.78 m) tall. Her dress size is (United States) 2 and her shoe size is (United States) 10 with brown eyes and brown hair.
